　　本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司8月15日发布公告，拟发行2013年度第一期短期融资券。

　　本期短期融资券发行规模30亿元人民币，期限365天。中国工商银行股份有限公司和中国农业银行股份有限公司担任此次发行的主承销商，本期短期融资券使用簿记建档、集中配售方式发行，发行日2013年8月22日-8月23日。

　　经联合资信评估有限公司综合评定，本期短期融资券的信用等级为A-1级；本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司主体长期信用等级为AA+级；评级展望稳定。
