　　B2C外贸电商网站兰亭集势昨天向美国证券交易委员会提交F-1表格，准备赴美上市。

　　文件显示，兰亭集势计划登录纽约交易所，交易代码定为“LITB”，通过首次公开招股融资8625万美元。

　　兰亭集势成立于2007年，有 www.lightinthebox.com 和 www.miniinthebox.com 等电子商务网站，以17种主要语言向海外销售中国制造的各种时尚用品。根据艾瑞咨询统计，兰亭集势是2012年排名第一的外贸销售网站。

　　兰亭集势的客户数量从2010年的约50万增长至2012年的约250万。2012年，兰亭集势净营收中来自欧洲和北美市场的比例分别为50.7%和24.0%。
