张涛大众点评仍会独立IPO

　　证券时报网（www.stcn.com）02月19日讯大众点评CEO张涛表示，接受腾讯的战略投资后，公司仍然追求独立发展，会独立IPO,但上市时间没有时间表。另外张涛表示，大众点评从来没有和阿里、百度做过深入谈判，公司不追求纯粹的财务投资，而是要寻求与合作方的乘法效应，最终目的是追求用户体验的提升。
