证监会并未暂停受理首发申请

　　本报讯日前，有市场传闻目前首发申请已暂停受理，对此，证监会3日予以澄清称，并未暂停受理首发申请。

　　证监会指出，2013年11月30日发布的《关于进一步推进新股发行体制改革的意见》，对拟上市公司及其控股股东等责任主体的诚信义务等事项提出了若干要求。拟上市公司应当先落实《意见》相关要求，其后方可向证监会报送首发申请文件。在审首发企业也需要落实《意见》的相关要求后才能履行正常的审核程序。（朱宝琛）
