　　IPO重启没有时间表

　　正抓紧完善指导意见和配套文件

　　本周以来，因纠结于IPO将在年底启动的传闻影响，A股指数走得一路跌宕。对此，证监会昨天再度给出了否定态度。证监会新闻发言人表示，IPO重启没有时间表，新股发行要在改革意见正式公布实施后才能启动。
