　　据《21世纪经济报道》报道，“ IPO重启所需的前期几个铺垫工作已晚于之前的计划，尤其是新股发行改革制度正式文件的下发时间点，大大晚于预期。”8月1日，一位接近监管层的知情人士向本报记者透露，“如果有关文件最近两个礼拜未有动向，那么 IPO 重启将被延迟到10月之后。”

　　值得注意的是，如果 IPO 重启推迟到10月底，那么 IPO 暂停刚好一年。2012年10月中，洛阳钼业挂牌后， IPO 之门便被关闭。
