已过会企业财报失效 IPO重启或被延后

　　近日，有券商被监管层要求填写保荐企业财务信息反馈，考虑到IPO企业财务数据有效期仅6个月，这或将开启过会企业新一轮的财务数据更新周期，IPO重启时点可能因此延后。

　　值得注意的是，受累于今年上半年的经济和流动性困局，少数过会企业业绩出现一定程度的下滑，如果业绩下滑过快，证监会可能会要求其重新上会。据上海证券报
