天丰节能因IPO申请材料虚假已经移交至行政处罚委

　　在今日下午召开的新闻发布会上，证监会新闻发言人通报了天丰节能被立案调查的进展情况。据悉，因IPO申请材料涉嫌虚假记载，天丰节能今年六月被证监会立案调查，目前现场调查已经结束，该案已经移交至行政处罚委。
